For over 45 years, ERMS has supported educators that strive to make a difference in education. In our efforts to help educators meet deadlines, acquire information to make informed policy and program decisions, and help train staff through professional development we:

Our efforts have been supported by an excellent staff whose leadership, policy expertise and management skills have helped schools and education agencies secure federal funds, ensure NCLB compliance, and assist in improving educational outcomes for all students.  ERMS brings  a professional staff with a diversity of backgrounds and experience in program evaluation, assessment, research, consultation, and training. Staff members bring experiences in the fields of higher education, K-12 and early childhood education, human services, the social sciences, business process re-engineering, and community development, as well as quantitative and qualitative research. 

CRT (Client Relationship Team)

Management is essential to meeting the key deliverables set forth by our clients.  Each member of the CRT is focused on the client’s needs and expectations.  Through open communication lines and clear direction, ERMS ensures all services are performed to the customer’s satisfaction.

History

Educational Resource Management Solutions (ERMS) was established from another company based out of Austin, Texas called Texas Educational Consultative Services, Inc. (TECS). TECS has supported over 1,000 local and state education agencies and private businesses since 1966. TECS began as a record keeping firm to help local education agencies manage federal budgets and secure federal and state funding from the federal government. Our staff has grown and our services have expanded beyond Texas, to help other local, state, and federal education agencies meet federal and state regulations.
